Fabiana has been dedicating herself to her life passion for over 17 years: transforming children’s and family’s lives through high quality early learning education and care. Her training and experience in the field have taken place in both Brazil and New Zealand, prior to her joining Bambini.

Fabiana oversees Bambini’s program and pedagogy. Her commitment to continuous learning and professional development means that the best and most up to date practices known in the fields of pedagogy/education and psychology are implemented within the Bambini approach, integrating a holistic perspective to the program that ensures children’s and family’s physical, emotional and mental wellness are protected and promoted, and that cognitive and social development take place.

Fabiana works closely with Bambini’s early learning professionals by providing ongoing training, guidance and mentoring, as well as with parents/guardians through the development of a variety of resources and strategies that strengthen and support families.
